Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a distributor with our own warehouse — not a factory. That is deliberate: a factory sells what it makes, so you would need five suppliers to build one container. We hold 5,000+ SKUs from vetted producers, inspect what comes in, and ship the whole range on one invoice.
What is the MOQ?
One carton for stock items. Mixed SKUs and mixed categories are fine — that is the point of a stocking supplier. Custom packaging and private label start higher.
How long is the lead time?
48 hours to dispatch for stock items, 7–15 days if we need to consolidate a mixed order, 30–45 days for production or private label. The date is written on the quotation.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% before shipment, T/T. For repeat customers we discuss more flexible terms after the first two orders.
How are body parts packed?
Bumpers and bonnets go in moulded foam shells, one per carton, with corner protection. Lamps are boxed individually. We photograph the packing of the first and last carton of every SKU.
How do claims work?
Send photos within 12 months of receipt. We confirm within 48 hours and replace the parts in your next shipment, or credit them — your choice.
