About & quality

A warehouse in Wuhu, and a process you can check.

We are not a factory and we do not pretend to be one. We are a stocking distributor in the city where Chery builds its cars — and that is exactly why we can ship a mixed container of 5,000 possible parts.

Who we are

We are a distributor. That is the point.

A factory sells what it makes. Ask a bumper factory for filters and they will quote you a second supplier — then a third for lamps. You end up managing five relationships, five quality standards and five excuses.

We stock the range instead: 5,000+ SKUs from producers we have vetted, in one warehouse, on one invoice, under one claim process. If something fails, you call one number.

What that means in practice

  • One container, six categories. Body, lamps, service, brake, suspension and cooling in a single shipment.
  • No factory MOQ. A factory needs 500 pieces to start a run. We pick from the shelf.
  • Incoming inspection, not blind resale. Every batch is checked when it arrives, before it goes on the rack.
  • One claim contact. We do not forward you to a producer and stop answering.

Location

Wuhu, Anhui — where Chery builds the cars.

Wuhu is Chery's home city. The plants, the tier-one suppliers and the aftermarket ecosystem are all within a short drive of our warehouse on Yongchang Road.

Practically, that means three things: we can collect a part the same day, we can compare it against an original off the line, and when a new model launches we see it before the export markets do.

Process

Five points where a part can go wrong.

Most problems in this trade come from material substitution, damaged body panels and missing cartons — not from machining. All three are checkable before the container is sealed.

01

Incoming inspection

Incoming batches are checked on arrival: dimensions, material, finish and packaging. A batch that fails does not go on the rack — it goes back to the producer.

02

Fitment comparison

Body panels and lamps are test-fitted against an original part before we stock a new reference. Mounting points, gaps and connector plugs are checked, not assumed.

03

Packing

Bumpers and bonnets in moulded foam shells, one per carton. Lamps boxed individually with foam. Cartons are labelled with the SKU and the batch.

04

Photo approval

You receive the photo set before the container is sealed: the part, its label, the carton, the pallet and the seal number. Nothing leaves until you answer.

05

Claim handling

Photos within 12 months, confirmation within 48 hours, replacement in the next container or a credit note. Every claim is recorded against the batch.

06

Traceability

Every carton maps to a batch and an inspection record. That is what makes a claim a conversation instead of an argument.

Inside the operation

Not a stock-photo warehouse.

Shot on a phone, on a normal working day. We would rather show a busy floor than a rendered building.

Before you order

What we can send you to check us out.

We are a two-year-old company. You should verify us rather than trust a paragraph on a website — so here is what we will hand over before you pay anything.

  • Business licence
With an English translation, showing the registered name and address on Yongchang Road.
  • Photos of the exact SKU
The actual unit in our rack — not a catalogue image from the producer.
  • A video call from the warehouse
We walk to your part on the shelf and show you the label. Fifteen minutes, any working day.
  • Producer test reports, where they exist
For brake and suspension we can usually supply the batch report from the manufacturer. For body panels there is no test report — there is a fitment check, and we show it.

History

Three years, one product line.

We started in 2022 with service parts for the Tiggo range. Body panels came next, because that is what customers kept asking for.

2022

Founded in Wuhu

Service parts for Tiggo models, sold to domestic repair shops.

2023

Body parts and the first exports

Bumpers, lamps and sheet metal added. First containers to Southeast Asia.

2024

4,800 m² warehouse

Moved to Yongchang Road. Stock passed 5,000 SKUs; Omoda and Jaecoo added.

2025

Four export regions

Southeast Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

Straight answers

Three things we will not do.

Pretend to be a factory

If you need a factory audit, we will tell you which producer made the part and arrange the introduction. Lying about this is how suppliers lose accounts in year two.

Ship without your approval

No “the photos will come later”. If the container is sealed before you answer, that is our problem, not yours.

Quote a price we cannot hold

Quotations are valid 30 days and state the incoterm, packing and lead time. A number that changes after the deposit is not a price.
